Caleffi has obtained the Certificate of Conformity to EN ISO 9001:2000 standard for the activities of design, manufacture and marketing from ICIM S.p.A and from BSI.
In order to assure that its Quality Management System is in agreement with the requirements specified in the reference standard, the company undertakes to assure that Customer and product requirements are identified, defined and satisfied in order to increase Customer satisfaction, develop a system of continual improvement, establish pursuable business goals, achieve the organizational and relational conditions suited to promote and have the company in its entirety comprehend the importance of the contents of the Quality policy and verify that it has been understood.
