To support our continued growth, Caleffi is adding a Product Manager.

Caleffi North America, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a manufacturer and marketer of hydronic and plumbing components and systems.  To support Caleffi's continued growth, we are seeking to add the following key position:

Job Function:

• Define specifications and feature requirements for new products and lead market launch activities.
• Develop marketing and sales support materials including catalogs, brochures, price lists, promotions, installation instructions, engineering submittal data and web content.
• Assist in identifying and developing OEM and private label growth opportunities.
• Keep company updated on competitive trends and products.
• Forecast and monitor revenue and profit goals.
• Provide technical support and system design assistance to customer base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 year product management experience in hydronic and plumbing system design and installation.  Solar thermal heating experience a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to develop marketing plans and execute by working with others.
• Strong marketing and technical project management skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude and desire to assume increased levels of responsibility.

Requires 20% travel with occasional international travel to our parent Caleffi S.p.A. in Italy.
