New Product Release: Introducing the TwistFlow Manifold with built-in Flow Meters
What's New?Caleffi is pleased to announce the formal introduction of the TwistFlow™ Distribution Manifold Assembly (668..S1), updating the proven 668 Series with built-in sight flow gages. These new sight-flow gages are integrated with adjustable balancing valves allowing accurate 1/4 to 2 gpm flow rate adjustment to each circuit by simply reading the flow rate on the integral graduated scale. This simplifies and speeds up circuit calibration without cumbersome reference graphs. To calibrate, simply lift off the cover, flip it over and twist to adjust the valve position to the desired flow, and then replace this tamper-proof cover to lock the valve open.
This new assembly has been shipping since March. Caleffi encourages transitioning order for the previous 1" and 1-1/4" 668 Series Manifolds to this new configuration, inserting "S1" in the part number. For example, the previous 1" 668C5A with 3 outlets is now 668C
S1A.
Additionally, we now offer a 5/16" PEX and PEX-AL-PEX self-adjusting fitting, part number 680503A, providing more PEX sizing flexibility and compatibility with all PEX pipe brands meeting ASTM dimensional standards.
