Caleffi has expanded its popular brass DIRTCAL® Dirt Separator and DISCAL® Air Separator lines to include 1½” and 2” sweat connections.  Because of the efficiencies of sweat connections, the product line expansion assists the contractor in maintaining competitive installation costs when larger sized piping diameters are required.

Our 5462 Series brass dirt separators remove impurities such as sand and rust thereby protecting pumps, control valves, heat exchangers, heating elements and pipes,  resulting in a higher thermal efficiency within the heating and air conditioning control system. 

Air separators are used to continuously remove air contained in the hydronic circuits of heating and cooling systems.  The 551 Series air separator automatically removes air present in the system down to a micro-bubble level enabling the equipment to operate under optimum conditions.
