3+1 with angle mounting brackets.
 
Steel body.  With pre-formed insulation.
 
1-1/4" NPT connections to primary.
 
Branch connections to secondary:  1" NPT three top and 1" NPT one below
 

Maximum working pressure:  90 psi (6 bar)
Working temperature range:  32˚F to 230˚F (0˚C to 110˚C)
